I've been working on my socks all week. Most of my time during the week has been spent on my Trekking #135 socks. They were cast on Monday. I decided to be brave and try a stitch pattern on this one. It was slow going at first, but now that I've got the hang of it, it's going a little quicker. I'm only working on this one when the kids are up in bed so I have fewer distractions.
Here's a close up
The stitch pattern I'm using is called Melanie's Twist.
I spent most of yesterday (in between loads of laundry) working on my Trekking #23 socks. I'm just about ready to start the toe. I'll be going to my in-laws today for their annual Independence Day Cook-Out. Keith and I are going down early (so we can get a good place to park) so I'll be bringing these along to work on.
